Yo!
Just updating what I've been doing for the last couple of weeks.
So lately I have spen a lot of time in the gym. for the last two weeks i have been training strenght and endurance every day!
When it comes down to padling I have been working on a new tricks called Tricky Woo. It seems to be really hard, F*@k! All though I am getting close. just missing the last Cartwheel. finally got my orbit down.
This weekend I'm going down to Sandefjord for skalomtraining. I don't do that mutch of a slalom, but I guess it will be good for me.
